With a history of 10 years in the home finance and mortgage industry and 26 years as a church-planting pastor, Charlie Ivans has a desire to come alongside people to assist help them in achieving their life-long goals. He enjoys tailoring information and coaching people to simplify the lending process.

As a Biola University, Talbot Seminary graduate and musician, Charlie has led groups to the Orient, Middle East, Moldova, and India to help people improve their lives and economic conditions. His passion is using these same experiences in serving those who want to take the next step of homeownership.

Charlie and Melodye have four married children and 12 grandchildren. Establishing traditions with family, church, and business are important to the Ivans. Building new friendships and sharing common dreams with the Rice Financial Group is an exciting venture that will provide Florida residents with high-quality financial products and services.
